New England Innovation Academy (NEIA) is not just a school; it’s a launchpad for the next generation of innovators, offering a unique pathway to shape a better world. For students in grades 6-12, NEIA provides a future-focused curriculum, grounded in human-centered design and real-world experiences. This approach empowers students to connect their passions with purpose, transform ideas into tangible impact, and graduate fully prepared for their future careers. At NEIA, students forge their individual “PIN” – Passion, Innovation, and what’s Next – to become agents of change in our rapidly evolving global landscape.

Central to NEIA’s innovative environment is a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion. The school believes that true innovation flourishes where everyone feels a sense of belonging. As a human-centered design community, NEIA actively cultivates an inclusive culture where every innovator feels valued and supported. This diverse community, strengthened by a social justice curriculum, empowers NEIA students to become active participants in creating equity, rather than passive observers in the face of injustice. This commitment to inclusion extends to the staff, and NEIA invites individuals who share these values to join their community.
