Vehicle Compatibility with Innova QuickLink
The Innova QuickLink works with most OBD2-compliant vehicles. However, specific features may vary based on the year, make, and model of your car. Use our Coverage Checker to verify compatibility with your specific vehicle.
Innova QuickLink and FCA Vehicles
The Innova QuickLink can diagnose all systems on FCA vehicles (Jeep, Chrysler, etc.) manufactured in 2017 or earlier. For 2018 and newer FCA vehicles requiring AutoAuth access, functionality is limited to features like TPMS relearn and live data. It cannot perform functions like code erasure, oil resets, or battery initialization due to AutoAuth restrictions. For full AutoAuth functionality, consider the Innova 7111 tablet.
Reprogramming Capabilities of Innova QuickLink
The Innova QuickLink cannot reprogram vehicle computers or program key fobs.
Using Innova QuickLink on Non-Starting Vehicles
The Innova QuickLink requires the vehicle to crank or start to establish a connection with the Electronic Control Units (ECUs). If your vehicle cannot start or crank, the OBD2 scanner will not be able to communicate with the necessary systems for diagnostics.
