It feels like ages since I last shared a dedicated photo set here, and for that, I apologize. The truth is, my focus has been heavily tilted towards video content lately. Creating vlogs for the YouTube channel has become a much quicker way to share content, especially when I’m constantly on the move. Video editing, in my workflow, is a more streamlined process compared to the meticulous nature of photo processing.
However, let me assure you, photography remains a core passion. In fact, I’m probably shooting even more than before. The difference now is the level of attention and care I dedicate to each image. I Have My Tools In The Car Show, and elsewhere – my photography toolkit and my skills have both significantly expanded. This evolution means I’m spending more time curating, refining, and processing my photos to meet a higher personal standard.
This website has always been a dual platform, celebrating both written narratives and compelling visuals. That vision hasn’t changed. It’s just that the process of bringing photo sets to you – organizing, editing, writing accompanying text, and finally publishing – is incredibly demanding. For anyone who’s dabbled in blogging, you understand the time investment. In the past, when this was purely a hobby, the output was more frequent simply because there were fewer competing priorities.
The Chronicles began as a fun side project, but it has organically grown into my primary source of income. This transition means dedicating substantial time and energy to all facets of its sustainability and growth. While video content is currently more prevalent due to production efficiencies, the heart of this platform beats with both words and, importantly, the photographs that tell their own stories.
