GLS Shipping Time Estimates
GLS standard delivery times are typically 24 to 72 hours to neighboring countries of Finland, such as Sweden and the Baltic states. Deliveries to more distant European countries usually take between three and six business days, with remote areas potentially requiring up to eight days. A general estimate is approximately 1 week from order placement to delivery.

DHL and UPS Shipping Time Estimates
• DHL Express and UPS Express are our premium, expedited shipping solutions. Delivery within the EU is generally achieved in 1-2 business days, depending on the specific location.• Available shipping options are dynamically displayed during checkout based on the products selected in your order.• Both DHL Express and UPS Express offer door-to-door service, ensuring delivery directly to your specified address. They may also utilize pickup points for your convenience.
UPS Standard provides a more economical, albeit slower, shipping option for most European countries, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] for detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer service. Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method. If this is not feasible, a bank wire transfer will be issued. Alternatively, you may request a gift card for expedited processing, especially if you plan to place a new order.
Returns are also accepted beyond the initial 14 days, up to 90 days from delivery, however, refunds for these returns will be issued as gift cards redeemable in our store. Please contact customer service for further details regarding extended returns.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise to ensure it is in resalable condition, refunds or gift cards will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified promptly of any processing delays.
Important: Please be aware that for parcels returned due to customer refusal, non-collection, or failure to pay customs fees, handling and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note! A €10 handling fee will be applied to all returns made without prior email notification to our customer service. This fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare instance of shipping damage, please immediately photograph the damaged packaging and items and email the images to our customer service at [email protected]. Defective Products and Warranty Claims

Many items do not carry explicit warranties due to the nature of RC hobbies, where damage can occur through normal use, impacts, or crashes. However, under typical usage, products should reasonably last 3-12 months. Within this period, we are committed to replacing items with demonstrable manufacturing or material defects. We do not offer replacements or exchanges for products damaged due to misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
